On March 18, 2026, the grand International Forum on Attracting Private Sector Investment – Investing in the Future of Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. At the invitation of the organizer, Yuan Zhizhou, Chairman of CCSP (Nanjing Juli Group), attended the forum and held specialized talks during the event with senior officials from relevant national ministries of Turkmenistan, including the Ministry of Finance and Economy, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Construction and Architecture, and Ministry of Agriculture. This participation marks an important milestone for CCSP to further advance its Central Asia Strategy and expand its regional cooperation network.

As one of the Chinese entrepreneur delegates, Chairman Yuan Zhizhou took part in all agenda items of the forum, fully demonstrating the Group's proactive role in boosting regional economic development and advancing international industrial capacity cooperation.
 
 
During the discussion sessions, Chairman Yuan exchanged views with the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan on investment policies and business environment; he focused on exploring cooperation potential in infrastructure development during talks with the Ministry of Construction and Architecture; he communicated with the Ministry of Energy on energy project development; and held practical exchanges with the Ministry of Agriculture on agricultural informatization.
 
During the forum, Chairman Yuan Zhizhou was interviewed by Turkmenistan State Television, where he focused on introducing CCSP's strategic layout and development roadmap in the Central Asian region.
 
This forum has not only provided a crucial platform for CCSP to gain in-depth insights into Turkmenistan's investment policies and connect with key governmental resources, but also signifies that the Group's Central Asia Strategy has shifted from point breakthrough to regional linkage. CCSP will establish a business network covering Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and neighboring countries, promoting the global outreach of its competitive strengths in mining engineering, green building materials, new energy and other sectors. Meanwhile, the Group will serve as a bridge linking Chinese enterprises with the Central Asian market and deeply integrate into regional construction and development.
