Recently, CCSP Uzbekistan Branch and the Yangiyul Police Station in Tashkent entered into in-depth cooperation on police station site development, cultural exchange, and public-private collaboration, marking a new step forward in CCSP's localized and integrated development in Uzbekistan.

As a Chinese-invested company that has been active in the Uzbek market for more than three years, CCSP Uzbekistan Branch has consistently embraced the principle of "extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits." Leveraging its established strengths in engineering and construction, the branch provided support for perimeter planning and construction at the Yangiyul Police Station. Through its participation in the station's infrastructure development, CCSP aims to help local law enforcement improve its working environment and enhance public service efficiency. Yangiyul, an important district of Tashkent, has in recent years continued to strengthen community safety. Its community-school-family collaborative model for crime prevention has helped several communities achieve a marked decline in crime rates.
On the cultural front, the two sides have held a range of exchange activities. CCSP has integrated the "Iron Army" spirit of its corporate culture with local culture, using joint cultural events to build mutual understanding and trust. Drawing on its education and culture platforms, the company has also promoted the sharing of resources for Chinese-language learning, vocational skills training, and other areas, offering police staff and their families opportunities to learn about Chinese culture and acquire practical skills. This effort is consistent with CCSP's education and cultural projects in Uzbekistan, including the Zheng He Academy, and reflects its overseas development philosophy of placing equal emphasis on technology transfer and cultural integration.

Yuan Zhizhou, Chairman of CCSP, said, "A company's growth would not be possible without the support of local government and communities. Taking an active part in local public affairs and giving back to the community is a responsibility we should fulfill." The Yangiyul Police Station praised CCSP's collaborative efforts, noting that the active involvement of Chinese-invested companies helps enrich police-community cooperation and brings new vitality to safety governance in the district.
Since entering the Uzbek market, CCSP has made substantive progress in engineering, manufacturing, education, culture, and other sectors. This collaboration with the Yangiyul Police Station further demonstrates the company's long-term commitment to taking root locally, integrating into the local community, and serving local development.
