On April 25, under clear blue skies and radiant spring sunshine, CCSP successfully launched its annual military training event under the theme: "United in Strength, Driving Force from Every Front, Moving Forward Together, Creating Excellence."
The training was designed to cultivate a strong sense of discipline, execution, and teamwork among employees through rigorous military-style management and collaborative experiences, injecting powerful momentum into the company's high-quality development.
During formation drills, teams practiced standard maneuvers-standing at attention, turning in place, and marching in sync—under the warm sun. Though seemingly simple, these exercises ingrained a discipline of obeying commands and following orders, reinforcing the principle of individuals integrating into the collective, and actions aligning with the whole. The subsequent formation inspection saw three companies marching in perfect unison with resounding chants, showcasing the iron will, unwavering compliance, and uplifting spirit that define CCSP's workforce.
In the afternoon, the training integrated military ethos with team-building challenges. Each activity carried deep significance. A tactical demonstration by the "special forces team"impressed everyone with seamless coordination and outstanding professionalism, vividly embodying the tenet "Sweat more in training, bleed less in battle" -bringing the event to an enthusiastic peak.
This military training was more than a physical exercise; it was a consolidation of our shared commitment. Though the training has concluded, the centripetal force of "United in Strength," the initiative of "Driving Force from Every Front," and the synergy of "Moving Forward Together" will take root in every employee. With this training as a new starting point, everyone will channel the cohesion and execution honed on the field into the courage to overcome challenges, the synergy of collaborative operations, and the standard of pursuing excellence.
