During the meeting, Chairman Yuan Zhizhou pointed out that the Uzbek market holds enormous growth potential and is currently in a “blue ocean stage” of rapid development, where opportunities and challenges coexist. After more than three years of market research, project execution, and resource integration, CCSP has forged a development path tailored to its strengths in Uzbekistan. Chairman Yuan emphasized that the restructuring of the subsidiary and the clear definition of responsibilities and goals are not only a natural step forward in CCSP Uzbekistan's development but also a crucial move to strengthen team cohesion and execution. He further noted that the engineering and manufacturing sectors are CCSP's traditional pillar industries and must be consolidated and strengthened. The external cooperation segment is designed to seize the diverse opportunities in Uzbekistan and therefore requires focused attention. The education and culture segment, as the engine of the GEC (Global Engineering Commando) initiative, represents the Group's future growth driver and must be vigorously advanced. Chairman Yuan called on all employees to clearly recognize the current situation, strengthen their confidence in the company's development, set clear goals, and engage in their work with greater initiative. He stressed the importance of unified thinking, aligned objectives, and efficient action. He also noted that, going forward, all staff at the subsidiary should focus on three areas: “enhancing corporate image, improving work efficiency, and increasing operational profitability.” They must continuously strengthen their sense of responsibility and teamwork, build a strong brand image, optimize workflows and management mechanisms, and comprehensively elevate their operational capabilities, thereby contributing to CCSP's higher-quality and higher-level development in the Uzbek market.

Mr. Cao Wei, President of CCSP, expressed high expectations for the future of CCSP Uzbekistan. He stated that the Uzbek market offers vast prospects, and the subsidiary should fully leverage its role as a bridge and window to extend CCSP's excellence, advanced concepts, and quality services to broader international markets, steadily advancing the Group's global expansion strategy. He also encouraged the new leadership team and all employees to seize development opportunities, further strengthen internal management, enhance overall competitiveness, and fully utilize the advantages of teamwork to make even greater contributions to the high-quality growth of the Group's overseas business.

After more than three years of exploration and practice, CCSP Uzbekistan has gradually developed its own directions and operating models suited to local conditions. Based on its current development stage and future strategic needs, the subsidiary has further optimized its organizational structure. Under the General Manager's Office, four core divisions have been established: Engineering, Manufacturing, Education & Culture, and External Cooperation, along with supporting departments including Finance, Procurement, and General Administration. This restructuring aims to improve team collaboration efficiency and overall operational capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of high-quality development.

Mr. Xu Nengming, newly appointed General Manager of CCSP Uzbekistan, stated in his remarks that in the face of new responsibilities and development goals, he will devote himself to building the subsidiary with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic work ethic, continuously improving team execution and management standards. He will lead all employees to strive forward and live up to the trust and expectations of the Group's leadership.
